今天真的是无聊天
没得出门，老妈不给
要在家顾家

尤其是投进的时候

不过应该是等到大放假才能找到人出去打了拉

前天个阿bels出去还有仕朋他们
去鼻屁魔
那个傻阿bels早早就在那里等了
而且还是一个人等了半小时
真的是。。。很危险
因为没车所以要等我老爸来在我去大概都要一点了。

到那里跟阿bels先去DAGAN喝水
阿bels叫白开水因为生病了,还痛苦的要吃药
最后是吃不下~
好好休息吧。。

过后就去找仕朋他们
还去看了电影
其他的懒惰讲了拉

我跟阿bels还神经到要去做小孩子的摩天轮

什麽叫酵素 ：[

阿.....
真的不是很懂什么叫酵素的叻
我老媽前幾天就跟我說她做了很多有營養的酵素
等弄好了要試試看把她喝掉

我不要.....

她跟我說酵素是把水果弄干后
放在瓶子裏
然後給那些水果自己發酵，過後那些水果的水就是酵素
而且不同的水果參在一起
就有保護身體不同的地方

而且這些酵素還會保護皮膚什麽的..
我的天叻!!!

都不懂那些水果放在裏面會不會變成發黴的叻
喝下去多噁心的咯
不過那時我老媽第一次做這種酵素
幾個禮拜后,
她真的是把酵素和水一起泡來喝阿
我問她什么味道
她說有一點甜甜和酸酸
